Location: Coleraine Hospital
Client: Western District Health Service
Sector: Health & Aged Care

Project Details

Built by Nicholson Constructions, the $27mil health precinct included a brand new hospital with 10 acute and 27 aged care beds with a support services building for catering, maintenance and administration. In addition it included a new medical, dental, maternal and child health and primary care services building and a total redevelopment of the 24 bed Mackie House aged residential unit plus new facilities for physiotherapy, podiatry, planned activity group and other allied health services.

BGC’s Innova™ cladding and lining systems gives us lots of options for a project such as Coleraine Hospital where we used Duracom™ and NuLine™ Plus as external cladding as well as Compressed sheeting on the fascias; and 9mm & 6mm Duralux™ for the soffits. On the inside of the building we used 12mm & 9mm Duraliner in the wet areas & high impact areas in the corridors.

BGC backs me up with price, quality and service.
