BGC Durascape™ is excellent for covering large areas of facade and external cladding. A 9mm-thick base sheet, Durascape’s™ 5mm wide shiplap joint gives the sheet a subtle vertical shadow line.

To create an appealingly ‘rendered’ look, try finishing Durascape™ onsite with a roll-on textured paint.

Durascape™ Fixing

Durascape™ should be installed vertically with all sheet edges fully supported. Fasteners should be 200mm max centres on the face of the sheet and 50mm max from the sheet corners.

Durascape™ Joining

Durascape™ is joined using a shiplap join. Once the first sheet is in place apply a bead of sealant to the edge of the shiplap join. Fix the next sheet in place and then check for gaps and fill with additional sealant if required.
